The Lighthouse restaurant, cafe & takeaway is located in the Redlands, approximately 30 minutes from Brisbane's CBD. The Lighthouse is nestled right down the end of Cleveland Point & sits on the ocean’s edge, allowing uninterrupted views of North Stradbroke Island, Peel Island and Moreton Bay.
The Lighthouse is adjacent to Cleveland Point Reserve & the historical tourist attraction (and our namesake), the Cleveland Point lighthouse. The area is a popular recreational spot for families, friends & couples watching the boats & yachts gliding across the bay. In 2009, the Hollywood blockbuster the Voyage of the Dawn Treader, was filmed right on this spot.
Escape the city...from the CBD, head East and follow Old Cleveland Road. Keep going straight through Capalaba as the road changes to Finucane Road, then Shore Street. Continue straight past Raby Bay onto Shore Street North – we are the last building at the end of Cleveland Point.
